Live screen

The photos everyone’s taking, up on the big screen.

Put a TV or projector in the room and guests’ photos appear in seconds, with their messages. Everyone wants to see theirs go up, so everyone joins in.

Two ways to show them

A wall of memories, or one at a time.

Story Wall

A slowly moving wall of photos. New ones join as they arrive, with guests’ captions alongside.

One at a time

Each photo fills the screen in turn, with a gentle zoom. Lovely for speeches and quieter moments.

QR reminders

Every few minutes a poster with your QR code takes over the screen, so late arrivals can join in too.

Connect a screen in seconds

No apps. No fuss. Just a code.

  1. Open slidelink.app on the TVAny smart TV, laptop or streaming stick with a web browser.
  2. It shows a short codeBig enough to read from across the room.
  3. Type it on your phoneThe screen joins your gallery straight away. Add up to 10 screens.
In your pocket

You’re in control, from your phone.

Hide a photo

Not one for Grandma? Take it off the screen in a tap, without leaving your seat.

Pause and play

Hold the screen for speeches, then carry on when the music starts.

Messages and captions

Guests’ messages show as cards between the photos. Show captions, keep them simple or switch them off.

Your colours

Match the screen to your day, with your names on the posters.

Music for slideshows

Add a soundtrack to the slideshow when you play it back afterwards.

Every screen at once

Connect several screens and they all show the same photos as they arrive.

Questions

Good to know

What do I need at the venue?

A TV, laptop or projector with a web browser and an internet connection. A smart TV, a streaming stick or a laptop plugged in with an HDMI cable all work.

How quickly do photos appear?

Usually within seconds of a guest sharing them.

Can I stop a photo from showing?

Yes. Hide it from your phone and it leaves the screen straight away.

Can I use more than one screen?

Yes. Connect up to 10 screens, each with its own code. They can show the same photos together or run on their own.

Can the screen start with older photos?

Yes. Anything already in the gallery plays on the screen, so share the link before the event and friends and family can fill it with old favourites. New photos join as guests share them.

Will it work if the venue Wi-Fi is poor?

Guests’ uploads keep trying on patchy connections. If the screen loses its connection, it keeps showing the photos it has and picks up new ones when it’s back.
