What you pay for
Storage is the space your photos and videos take up. Every gallery in your account adds to one total: Guest Upload Galleries, proofs and finished deliveries alike. There are no feature packages. Every price includes everything.
How each bill is worked out
- Nothing to pay when you start. Your free trial lasts 7 days, and your first bill comes at the end of your first month.
- We note your highest storage each month. At the end of the month you pay the price for that highest point.
- Deleting files lowers next month’s bill. It doesn’t change this month, because you’ve already reached that point.
- Above 2 TB, the 2 TB price applies. There’s no higher band.

Let finished galleries clear themselves
Set when each gallery closes and PhotoUpload does the rest: it reminds your client, closes the gallery on time and clears it afterwards, so your storage, and your bill, comes back down.
Clients can view and download. Counts towards storage.
Nobody can open it, but the files are kept. Still counts.
Kept for 30 days so you can bring it back, then deleted. Doesn’t count.
Restoring a gallery from Recently deleted makes it count again. How gallery dates work.
Your prices are locked in
The price list you start on stays yours while you’re subscribed, even if our prices change. If you subscribe before your trial ends, you keep the trial’s prices.
Cancelling
Cancel any time in Studio, with no fee. Your subscription ends at the end of the month, and your last bill is for that month’s storage. Download anything you want to keep first.
