Wedding QR code signs

A wedding QR code sign that fills your gallery.

Guests scan the sign with their phone camera and their photos go straight into your wedding gallery. Design it to match your day in a few minutes, then print it at home or at a print shop.

Free with every gallery · No app for guests · Print at home or at a shop

On the tables

Pop a QR code on every table.

Print it on a sign, a menu or a place card. It’s ready the minute you create your gallery.

On their phones

Guests scan with their camera.

Their phone opens your gallery straight away. They choose photos and videos, and uploads start at once, even on patchy venue Wi-Fi.

In your gallery

Every angle, all together.

The moments you didn’t see, from every guest, gathered in one place in full quality.

Questions

Good to know

Is the QR code sign free?

Yes. Every gallery comes with the poster designer, including the free Snapshot. Print as many as you like.

What sizes can I print?

A4 and A5 posters, A6 table cards and A7 cards. Your choices are saved, so you can come back for another size.

Where should the sign go?

Where guests naturally pause: the entrance, the tables, the bar and the guest book. Put it at eye level in good light.

What paper works best?

Matt or silk card of 250 to 350 gsm. Glossy paper can reflect light and make the code harder to scan.

Can I use the QR code on my own stationery?

Yes. Download it as a PNG for printing at home or an SVG for professional printing. It’s the same link as on our signs.

Does the QR code stop working?

It opens your gallery for as long as the gallery is open, and guests can share from up to 30 days before the wedding on paid plans (7 on the free Snapshot).
